Hi, I'm Tara Duffy.
I'm the founder of By Tara Duffy, a New York-based business providing operational, creative and sustainability support for founders, businesses and growing teams.
I've always loved bringing people, projects and ideas together.
Having lived and worked across different countries, cities and industries, I thrive in new environments, building strong relationships and bringing calm to fast-moving situations.
I enjoy moving between operations, creativity and strategy, adapting my role to wherever I can add the most value. Whether that’s coordinating projects, supporting a creative production, representing a brand or helping shape sustainability communications, I bring the same approach to every project: thoughtful organisation, strong collaboration and a genuine commitment to turning ideas into action.
